St. Andrew's Art Gallery
Poor People’s Campaign Art Exhibit
On display in the Narthex: You might notice some new artwork hanging in the narthex when you come to church on Sunday. This is an exciting exhibit of twenty-five prints by twenty-four artists that were created for the Poor People’s Campaign. The Poor People’s Campaign is a “national call for moral revival” and is the renewal of a movement initiated by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many others over 50 years ago. Most prints will be for sale based on a sliding-scale in order to assure accessibility for a range of incomes, while six prints will be up for silent auction. All proceeds from the sales of these artworks will directly benefit the Poor People’s Campaign.
This exhibit will be up throughout October 2018.
display your art!
St. Andrew's is happy to announce that we are looking for artists to display work in our large narthex area. This space is heavily trafficked by our congregation and is a fantastic opportunity to show and sell your work. Please contact Allie Sullberg at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to display your art.
