Welcome to The Salt Company

Vision

The Salt Company, under the Lordship of Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit, seeks to make disciples of young people by being a community that prays, plays, studies, worships, and serves together as a family. We hope that students will find a safe and caring environment where they might grow in their relationship with God.

Our Youth Ministry exists to:

• Reach out to youth and introduce them to Jesus Christ
• Equip them to grow a spiritually healthy relationship with God
• Connect them with other Christians (within the church, community, and world)
• Challenge them to love and serve others
• Teach them to honor God with their lives
• Create a safe atmosphere of openness and acceptance

Our Core Values:

• Reach - To present youth with opportunities to make a personal commitment to Jesus Christ.
• Equip - To encourage youth to explore and embrace the spiritual tools of worship, prayer, and Bible study.
• Connect - To find a place in the Body of Christ where youth are known, cared for, held accountable, and encouraged.

• Serve - To provide opportunities to demonstrate God’s love.
• Honor - To help youth discover their God-given purpose and live a life that is pleasing to God.
• Accept - To support youth and honor their questions through all stages of their faith journey.

• Middle School Head to Heart (H2H): Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
• High School Youth Group (HSYG): Sundays at 6:30 p.m.
• Mexico Mission
