Youth Group: Sunday, August 5th — 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the church
After some Bible study we値l enjoy the outdoors together with fun & games. Bring your Bible and put on your play clothes.
Flicks on the Bricks: Friday August 10th — 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Pioneer Square
We値l head downtown, get some good seats, and watch a free showing of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the classic version I think). Bring your own food or some money to buy some. Let Jason know in advance if you値l need a ride to the church or a ride home after.
NO Sunday night youth meeting: Sunday, August 12th
Alpine Slide Fun: Sunday, August 19th — 11:15 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Mt. Hood
A field trip to Mt. Hood. We値l leave directly after church, head up to Mt. Hood SkiBowl where you値l be able to choose from a variety of activities: Alpine Slide (think luging on cement slides), trampoline slingshot, space rotation, putt putt golf, batting cages, etc.
Cost: $25

Service at Bridgetown Ministries: Friday, August 24th — 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Meet at the church at 5:00 p.m., and grab some food together. Then we値l go and help Bridgetown Ministries provide a bunch of services — food, clothing, haircuts, washing and care of feet (a particular problem for folks who live on the street). You値l be able to serve at whatever your comfort level. We'll be back at the church by 10:00 p.m. Bring $ for food and donations to Bridgetown Ministries.
Pool Party and BBQ: Sunday, August 26th — 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Our last youth group of the summer, but here痴 something to cheer you up!
Folks are coming back from camps, vacations, being grounded, what a great time to meet together for one last summer hurrah. Bring a swimsuit if you want to swim, or just come to hang out and play lawn games.

WHAT TO BRING: Girls bring sides (salad, chips, dessert stuff, etc.) to share and Boys bring cold drinks to share.

Start the school year of right, by starting it with us. We値l BBQ, eat together, and share our summer adventures around a bonfire. Don稚 miss the first youth group of the school year.
